VeriTracks is the application where all enrollee information is input, updated and stored. The Internet-based application also receives, distributes and stores all monitoring data transmitted by BluTag and BluHome. Supervising agencies do not install any software onto its IT networks or individual computers. Supervising agents/officers access VeriTracks 24 hours a day, 365 days per year from any computer with a high speed Internet connection.

VeriTracks provides extensive customization for every authorized supervising agent/officer. Among the customizations are: selecting the information to display on the home page of VeriTracks after logging in, choosing the event notifications to receive immediately and how to receive any event notification (based on the agency's protocols). VeriTracks sends event notifications to supervising agents/officers using email, fax, page or text message and has the capability to send the same notification to multiple recipients. Each recipient determines how to receive that type of event notification.

Enrollee movements, or tracks, display on maps powered by Google Maps™, including Street View where applicable. Supervising agents/officers view the tracks of more than one enrollee simultaneously and can animate the GPS location points appearing on the map. They can also speed up, fast forward and rewind the animation. Enrollee movements can display on maps that include high resolution aerial photography, which provides more detailed information about any given geographic area.

VeriTracks offers robust reporting functionality and already has more than 80 standard reports used by supervising agencies. Reports reflect near real-time data and VeriTracks stores a copy of every generated report for future review. If supervising agencies need custom reports, we have the capability to develop and launch them.
