Voice biometrics is the foundational premise for ShadowTrack, which is a voice verification system. The voice is the only biometric technology not requiring a supervising agency to invest in special equipment. Every individual's voice consists of a combination of unique characteristics that make it distinct from all others.
The system offers extensive flexibility for monitoring the location of enrollees. ShadowTrack can initiate outbound calls to enrollees or receive inbound enrollee calls from pre-approved analog/landline telephone numbers. Supervising agents/officers can program outbound calls to occur on a random, scheduled or on-demand basis.
ShadowTrack can be used in conjunction with either BluTag or BluBand. Supervising agents/officers can access ShadowTrack through a link in VeriTracks eliminating the need to log into another secure web site. All enrollee demographic data (name, address, telephone number, physical characteristics, etc.) automatically migrates to ShadowTrack, which prevents supervising agents/officers from double entering and updating of information.
