Voice biometrics is the foundational premise for ShadowTrack, which is a voice verification system. The voice is the only biometric technology that does not require a supervising agency to invest in special equipment. Every individual’s voice consists of a combination of unique characteristics that make it distinct from all others.
The system offers extensive flexibility for monitoring the location of enrollees. ShadowTrack can initiate outbound calls to enrollees or receive inbound calls from enrollees at pre-approved analog/landline telephone numbers. Supervising agents/officers can program outbound calls to occur on a random, scheduled or on-demand basis.
