Satellite Tracking of People LLC offers government agencies a variety of services that can streamline the operations of their community supervision programs.
The Email Escalation Tree monitoring service allows agencies to escalate designated event notifications should the original recipient not close or confirm the event within the agency’s pre-determined time frame. The Email Escalation Tree can apply to specific violations for all enrollees in the monitoring program or those enrollees meeting specific criteria.
Agencies maintain 100 percent control over the administration of the Email Escalation Tree, including order of the Escalation Tree, who can change the order of the Escalation Tree and the length of time each recipient has to respond to the notification.
Agencies can subscribe to this service at any time during the life of the contract.
The Agency In-house Monitoring Center is designed for supervising agencies with its own Monitoring Center staffed with agency employees. The monitoring center functionality is a widget in VeriTracks. Monitoring Center staff members have 24 hour access to the widget using any computer with a high speed Internet service. Use of the widget ensures that all events are managed in a consistent manner by following the action steps required by the protocol.
The widget displays all the events that occur in near real-time and automatically refreshes every 60 seconds. Monitoring Center staff immediately know the enrollee’s name, the supervising agent, the type of event (zone violation, tamper, low battery, etc.), the start date and time of the event, the status of the event (not yet addressed, in progress or complete) and what step in the protocol must be completed in order to progress to the next.
The agency develops the protocols for each event received by its in-house Monitoring Center. If the agency uses different classifications for enrollees, events can have unique protocols for each enrollee level.
Agencies can subscribe to this service at any time during the life of the contract.
The STOP Monitoring Center allows our team members to supplement and/or complement an agency’s supervision personnel by receiving designated violation notifications and managing the events based on the agency’s protocols. This responsibility is performed by designated staff members in our multi-purpose Solutions Center. The agency determines what notifications our Monitoring Center team receives and the protocols they must follow to confirm or close the event.
