Satellite Tracking of People LLC offers government agencies a variety of services that can streamline the operations of their community supervision programs.
A Monitoring Center widget in VeriTracks helps ensure that agents/officers consistently follow the supervising agency’s requisite protocols for managing notifications and closing events. The widget includes detailed documentation of actions taken by what agency personnel. Our Monitoring Center application allows supervising agencies to effectively use all available resources for the resolution of events and maintaining community safety and enrollee accountability.
If a supervising agency already has a Monitoring Center or Monitoring Command Center that receives notifications and manages events, our application is a one-stop resource for the staff. Our application provides ready access to critical information about the enrollee, his or her supervising agent/officer, schedules, zones, historical monitoring data and protocols for every event.
STOP’s Solutions Center staff members can provide additional support to supervising agencies by receiving notifications and managing events. Supervising agencies can use this service for all notifications 24 hours a day, 365 days per year or for designated periods of time or only specified events.
VeriTracks can automatically escalate designated notifications to multiple recipients. Escalating notifications simply means that after a pre-determined length of time, if the assigned supervising agent/officer has not closed or confirmed an event, such as a tamper, VeriTracks automatically emails the notification to an escalation tree until the event is closed or confirmed.
Supervising agencies define the parameters of the escalation tree. For example, they determine the length of time that an event can remain open, which notification(s) will follow an escalation tree, the number of cycles VeriTracks will make for an escalation and what step(s) are taken if an event remains open and VeriTracks has completed the requisite number of escalation tree cycles.
