Return Policy
Satellite Tracking of People LLC has a 30-day, 100 percent money-back guarantee on all of its products for government customers. If a customer is dissatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, within 30 days of the sale the product may be returned for full credit. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and the return address. The RA # must appear on each package returned to our location. If any product is returned to Satellite Tracking of People LLC without a RA # on the outside of the shipping box, it will be rejected and returned at the customer’s cost.
