This patent-pending GPS accessory confirms the presence of up to 40 enrollees in a single location. BluBox is designed for installation in group residential centers for enrollees as well as individual enrollee homes.

BluBox works with BluTag all monitoring modes. When the enrollee enters the radio frequency (RF) signal range of BluBox, the BluTag device transmits a message to VeriTracks stating it recognizes the presence of BluBox and it curtails the receipt of GPS signals. When the enrollee leaves BluBox's RF signal range or the unit is tampered with or moved without authorization, BluTag immediately initiates the receipt of GPS signals.

BluBox cannot transmit monitoring data, but it records tampering and unauthorized movement events. BluTag receives these messages when the enrollee enters BluBox's RF signal range and transmits them to VeriTracks.
