Assembly and Shipping Departments
Our equipment is assembled in an ISO 9001:2008-certified facility for the design, manufacture and assembly of GPS tracking devices and related equipment in our Houston, Texas headquarters. All of our equipment is designed, assembled, tested and refurbished by employees of Satellite Tracking of People LLC.
All orders for equipment and supplies are fulfilled from our Houston-based Shipping Department. We process and fulfill orders within 24 hours of receiving them during standard business hours Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped via two-day air unless contractual requirements dictate otherwise.
Because we control all aspects of equipment production, we can quickly increase the volume of equipment produced in order to meet a customer’s unexpected surge in enrollments.
Technical Support Department
STOP provides technical support to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days per year through our Solutions Center. This facility is staffed by STOP employees who remain ready to help and support supervising agents/officers at any time of the day or night.
Supervising agents/officers contact the Solutions Center through toll free phone and fax numbers and email. More than 90 percent of all inquiries into the Solutions Center are handled by our Tier I technicians. For those few inquiries requiring input from a software or hardware developer or even an engineer, that support is also available through our Tier II and Tier III technicians.
