Brian E. Bergeron

Brian Bergeron brings nearly 20 years of operational and financial management experience to Satellite Tracking of People LLC. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Bergeron's primary responsibilities include the direction and coordination of hardware and software development, customer care, manufacturing and administration. His diverse background of general operations and contact center management, software development and finance enhance his ability to optimize the activities of many different Company functions.
Prior to joining Satellite Tracking of People, Mr. Bergeron helped found EmLogis, Inc., a workforce management software company, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he focused on product design and development, customer implementation and product use and financial management. Previously, he served in numerous executive roles at GSI Commerce, Inc. and its predecessor companies. During his tenure at GSI, he was responsible for operational and financial management issues inherent in business to consumer e-commerce activities. Mr. Bergeron's experience in government outsourcing services and corrections began when he was Chief Financial Officer for Cornell Companies, Inc.
Mr. Bergeron is a 1988 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing and a 1991 graduate of the University of Houston with a Master's degree in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
